Northwest Logistics Park

Northwest Logistics Park is one of Dublin’s premier and most established logistics locations. Development in Northwest Logistics Park began in 1998 with 93,000m² of industrial units delivered to date. Most recently, Unit 736, a 6,385m² unit with 15m internal heights has been completed with LEED Gold Certification, aligned with EU Taxonomy and is fully let.

Construction has begun on a 3,700m² unit with planning granted for new units ranging from 1,397m² – 18,000m².

The park is within 200m of the N2/N3 link road which provides dual carriageway access to the N2 and N3 routes which are within 2km. It is also within 5km of J5 and J6 on the M50 which provides motorway access to all of the main arterial routs from Dublin to Dublin Airport and the Port Tunnel.
