Throughout its 60 years in business, Park Developments has created communities which have been designed to integrate with its environs. Our Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) framework takes a double materiality approach in assessing our sustainability performance and driving positive change for all facets of our business. We encourage feedback from all stakeholders to shape our strategies, our operations and our decision making.

Our dedication to sustainable construction and a circular economy includes implementing green building practices, minimising carbon emissions whenever possible, and promoting biodiversity on our sites to protect and preserve our natural resources for generations to come.

We are proud sponsors of multiple sports teams at local and national level. Sponsoring the national women’s hockey team reflects our commitment to endorsing them as dual-career athletes. Whilst supporting an intellectual disability sports team, at national level, demonstrates our obligation to social inclusion. At local level, we are engaged in community development initiatives, partnerships and outreach programmes. In our work, we actively seek to create a positive impact on society that goes beyond providing a place to live or work.
